Client Portal

A client portal is a HIPAA compliant, and secure method for healthcare providers to store client files.  Additionally, you can use Heidi's portal to:

• schedule or confirm appointments
• pay your bill
• fill out forms
• communicate with Heidi securely and confidentially
• take self assessments
• print out statements

 

Heidi values your time, and wants to make the most of it.  There's nothing worse than spending time at a doctors office filling out forms on a clipboard. Therefore, you can complete all paperwork before your first appointent.  This online system is secure and password protected.  There are only a few forms and will only take about 20 to 30 minutes.  By doing this ahead of time, we can maximize our time together in your first session.

To sign up, you must create your user name and password in the system.  Click on the button above and keep the following in mind:

• the system works best on Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, both of which are free to download.
• your user name and password must be at least 6 characters long and are cAsE sEnSiTiVe. Keep this in mind as some devices will autoCAPITALIZE the first letter of an entry.  Clients often get locked out because of this.

• IMPORTANT:  enter  hei-1531 when prompted for an invitation key at the bottom of the form so that you are linked properly to my portal.

• Complete all information (you'll know you are doing this if you get a second page of information to fill out.  Save this and I'll get notified that you want to get linked to my portal.

• Sign all forms by entering your password.  Your information will not be saved if you do not.

 

Once you are linked to me, I will load your inital intake paperwork.  You will also be able to access the other areas mentioned above.
